Prior to founding Clarity Consulting, she led the International Marketing function at Asahi India Safety Glass, bringing with her strong business acumen and deep industry insight.
In 2009, she established Clarity Consulting with a vision to build a high-impact specialist search firm. Over the past 19+ years, she has successfully scaled the organization into a 50-member recruitment powerhouse, delivering strategic talent solutions across Consulting, Financial Services, GCC/GBS, Research & Analytics, BPO, KPO, LPO, IT, and ITES sectors.
